Start by completing the Seller Form with the product type, brand, product name, expected price, estimated purchase price, place of purchase, available packaging, and clear photographs of the item.
Please upload at least five original and recent photographs showing the front, back, inside, corners, brand label, serial number or date code, and the product’s current condition. Avoid edited, filtered, or downloaded images.
Yes, you may still submit the product even if some original packaging or documents are unavailable. Mention everything included with the item, such as the dust bag, box, bill, authenticity card, or care card. Final acceptance will depend on the product review and authentication.
The resale price is mutually discussed with you after evaluating the product’s brand, model, condition, age, demand, packaging, and current market value. The final listing price is decided before the product is listed.

Yes. Once the product is approved, The Luxury One arranges a free and reliable pickup through its courier partners across India. Please pack the item securely with all the accessories and documents mentioned in the form
After receiving the product, our team conducts a detailed authenticity and condition check. Only products that successfully clear the verification process are accepted and listed for sale.
Approved products are listed under a 100-day contract. During this period, the product must remain exclusively available with The Luxury One and cannot be listed or sold through another website, page, or reseller.
You may request an early withdrawal, but a withdrawal charge or penalty may apply as per the terms of the signed contract. The applicable details will be communicated before the listing process begins.
We manage the authentication, professional presentation, product photography, website listing, marketing, promotion, customer enquiries, payment collection, and coordination with the buyer.
A product is considered successfully sold once it has been delivered to the buyer and no exchange is initiated within 24 hours. Your payment will then be credited to your registered bank account within two working days.
