By accessing, registering on, or using The Luxury One website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms, policies, and updates.
The Luxury One reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Such changes shall become effective upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
If users do not agree to the terms and do not wish to be legally bound by the services, they may opt-out.
2. About Our Business
The Luxury One is a luxury resale platform specializing in the sale of pre-owned and, where applicable, new luxury handbags, accessories, watches, jewelry, and other luxury goods from various brands.
We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with any luxury brand featured on our website.

3. Ownership of Rights
The authorities governing the website data prohibit any copying, storage in part or whole, other than non-commercial uses as specified or for personal use, without the explicit permission of The Luxury One. All information displayed on the website, transmitted in any form, or carried on the website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws governing legal content distribution. Third-party content on the website may also be the owner of copyrights and intellectual property rights. The owners or licensors of The Luxury One design, update and maintain the website. Users must exercise restraint and are prohibited from commercially exploiting any content published on the website. This includes copying, modifying, reproducing, transferring, transmitting, publishing, selling, distributing, deriving work from, creating, reposting, or displaying copyrighted website content.
4. Registration and Eligibility Requirements
Users aged 18 and above are considered of legal age to subscribe to the services. Aside from human users, automated machines, scripts, and automated services are not permitted to use the website’s services. The Luxury One reserves all rights to allow or deny users access to the website’s services, including the right to terminate access granted to existing users without being required to provide a reason for the action. Users are only permitted to have one account registered with the website. Furthermore, users are not permitted to transfer, trade, or sell their account information to third parties.

User Information includes all the information provided by the user during registration, listing, buying process guidelines, feedback, or through any email verification feature, in written letter form, mailed, or submitted to any of the website’s physical stores and offices. All user information will be safeguarded in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the COMPANY’s Privacy Policy. They are also accountable for all activities carried out under the account’s purview.The Luxury One would not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to users as a result of their inherent failure to protect the aforementioned information and passwords. Upon confirmation of said suspicion or any activity that indicates a breach of secure accounts, The Luxury One will require users to change their passwords or further suspend any future activity, while also absolving the website of any liabilities that may result from said actions.
6. User Obligations
While accessing the website, users agree to refrain from:

7. Indemnification
Employees, directors, representatives, officers, and any successors of The Luxury One shall be defended, indemnified, and held innocuous as agreed by the user upon signing the agreement from and against any and all arising liabilities. This includes claims, damages, losses, expenses, or attorney fees arising from said user’s actions or claims made, as well as actions or failure to act that may result in a loss or liability to The Luxury One. This includes, but is not limited to, any third-party representations, undertakings, or breaches of warranties relating to the failure to fulfill user obligations as stated and mentioned in the user agreement. It also includes infringements of applicable laws and regulations applicable to the website, including but not limited to the payment of any statutory dues, taxation, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), violation of publicity or privacy rights, claims of libel, including defamation, or loss of service by others adhered, and even infringement of IPR as well as other associated rights. This clause will remain in effect even if the User Agreement expires or is terminated in the future.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Luxury One, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
• Breach of these Terms.
• Violation of laws.
• Misuse of the website.
• Fraudulent activities.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Luxury One makes every effort to ensure that the information here on the website is correct. However, the website disclaims all warranties or representations about the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the information, details, products, or services. The Luxury One will not be subject to liability for any direct, implicit, impactful, special, punitive, or incidental consequences arising from a) the capacity or inability to use types of services; b) alteration or unauthorized access to user transmission and data; or c) any and all related matters to the website’s services.
This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from loss of use, profit generated, or data made accessible, all arising from or in connection with the operation of a website or said use of all the services. The Luxury One is also not liable for any service delays or incapability to use the site or other related services. This includes the inability or failure to just provide services, as well as any details, products, software, or graphics acquired through the website or in regards to any services originating from the website. These liabilities may be based on wrongful acts, negligence, or strict legal penalties, however, the website is not liable for specific claims. The Luxury One can also organize periodic website updates and upgrades, but cannot be held responsible if services are unavailable for the length of the maintenance. The COMPANY will also not be accountable for service disruptions or unplanned suspensions of access caused by factors beyond the website’s control. Any materials retrieved or obtained from the website through other means are done purely at the user’s discretion, and the user concedes this action. The user is solely liable for any damage to computing software or systems, as well as any data loss, that results from actions taken on their behalf.
9. Termination
Unless either The Luxury One or the user ends the agreement, all points, terms, as well as conditions expressed herein will remain in effect. Users must submit a detailed request to The Luxury One expressing their desire to be removed from the website’s database and acknowledge the cessation of use of the website and its content.
The Luxury One also reserves the right to terminate the license agreement without prior notice and to deny any valid access to the website’s contents. Such a dismissal will also exempt the website from any future liability arising from the action. Upon termination of the agreement, whether by the user or the website, all components and content obtained or retrieved by the user, or any such remainder copies, must be destroyed, whether or not made under the user agreement. The agreement’s termination has no bearing on the website’s right to any of the aforementioned comments. Termination also does not exempt the user from paying any outstanding balances for services already obtained through the website. This does not affect any pending liabilities owed by the user under the Terms of Service agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access to our website at any time if:

is owned by The Luxury One or licensed to us.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
14. Product Condition
Most products sold are pre-owned and may show signs of wear.
Product descriptions, images, and condition reports are provided as accurately as possible. However:
* Minor variations may exist.
* Colors may appear differently across screens and devices.
* Natural wear, aging, and manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all images and descriptions before purchase.
15. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
* Modify prices at any time.
* Correct pricing errors.
* Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.
In the event of a pricing error, customers will be notified before order processing.
16. Orders & Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
* Refuse any order.
* Cancel any order and refund.
* Limit quantities purchased.
* Cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
* Request additional identity verification before processing.
* Charge extra for cash on delivery orders.
An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
17. Shipping, Delivery, Exchange & Customer Policies
17 a. Exchange Policy
We kindly request customers to inspect their purchase upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition, authenticity, or quality of the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Only then an exchange/ Credit Note can be processed.
Due to the nature of luxury and pre-owned luxury goods, exchanges cannot be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery date and time. Requests received beyond this period will not be eligible for review.
17 b. Exchanges
If you opt for an exchange, the original product must first be shipped back to The Luxury One for inspection and verification. Upon successful receipt and approval of the returned item, an exchange may be processed subject to availability.
A handling and logistics fee of ₹1,000 will be deducted from the original purchase value when calculating the exchange credit. Any difference in value between the exchanged product and the newly selected item must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch.
17 c. Delivery Confirmation Policy
All shipments are delivered through trusted logistics partners and are accompanied by tracking information and delivery confirmation.
In cases where a customer reports non-receipt of an item 24 hours after the shipment has been marked as successfully delivered, we will review the delivery records provided by the courier partner. However, once the package has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement, or unauthorized acceptance of the package thereafter.
Customers are advised to ensure that the shipping address and recipient details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and secure.
17 d. Product Condition & Purchase Confirmation Policy
At The Luxury One, we strive to maintain complete transparency regarding every product listed on our platform. Detailed photographs, descriptions, condition reports, disclosures of signs of use (if any), and pricing are provided to help customers make an informed purchasing decision.
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the product's condition, specifications, and pricing. Concerns relating to disclosed product characteristics, condition details, or visible signs of wear that were clearly communicated prior to purchase may not be considered grounds for exchange/ Credit Note after the transaction has been completed.
17 e. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
In case cancellation before dispatch, processing fee of 3.5% of the order value is deducted and then refunded.
17 f. Address Accuracy Policy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase. The Luxury One shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
17 g. Delivery Delays
While we endeavor to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery timelines are subject to courier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control. Delivery delays arising from such circumstances shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
17 h. Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval or fails to accept the shipment after multiple delivery attempts, any additional shipping, return handling, or administrative charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
18. Pre-Loved Luxury Product Disclaimer
As these products are pre-owned and may show signs of age, use, storage, or natural wear, they are sold on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and disclose any noticeable condition details, minor imperfections consistent with the item's age and previous use may be present.
Please note:
- All items are pre-loved and not brand new unless stated.
- No manufacturer warranty, store warranty,or after-sales warranty is provided by The Luxury One.
- By purchasing from our platform, you acknowledge and accept the nature of pre-loved luxury products and agree that no warranty obligations shall apply after delivery.
Our commitment is accurate representation, ensuring that every customer receives exactly what has been described and verified prior to shipment.
19. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by:
* Courier services
* Custom authorities
* Natural Calamities
* Government actions
* Events beyond our reasonable control
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
20. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is received until the product is fully revealed.
No claims regarding:
* Missing items
* Damage
* Wrong products
* Packaging discrepancies
* Condition discrepancies
will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
21. Essential Employee Information
The Luxury One is intent on bringing and safeguarding a serene workspace for all its employees. It holds utmost importance in providing a great work culture and atmosphere to everyone involved. The company has some rules and regulations in place to ensure there are no compromises with its services, products, and work ethics. Listed below are some terms and conditions the company has in place for employees:
- The employees working with and/or for The Luxury One are obliged not to store, share, or make use of any consumer data for personal reasons. The failure of obliging with the above policy will result in the employee’s termination and required legal actions
- The Luxury One will not tolerate any kind of product misuse by the employees neither for personal use nor for showcasing the products online in any form
- The company’s new joiners are required to serve a probation period of three months on joining
- If any employee is terminated by the company, the company is required to notify the said employee about their termination, 15 days prior in case the employee is on probation and a month prior to the employee who is with the company post confirmation.
- Employees looking to quit the company but are serving their probation period will be obliged to notify the company 30 days in advance
- Employees that have been with the company for longer are required to serve a notice period of 2 months before leaving the company
- Employees that work with The Luxury One are under the legal binding and cannot be associated or working with any other firms.
