We kindly request customers to inspect their purchase upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the condition, authenticity, or quality of the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

Only then an exchange/ Credit Note can be processed. 

Due to the nature of luxury and pre-owned luxury goods, exchanges cannot be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery date and time. Requests received beyond this period will not be eligible for review.

If you opt for an exchange, the original product must first be shipped back to The Luxury One for inspection and verification at customers' cost. Upon successful receipt and approval of the returned item, an exchange may be processed subject to availability.

A handling and logistics fee of ₹1,000 will be deducted from the original purchase value when calculating the exchange credit. Any difference in value between the exchanged product and the newly selected item must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Customers must notify The Luxury One team of their exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for exchange

  • The customer must share the shipment details of the package they want to exchange and the shipping label with The Luxury One within 48 hours of receiving the order. Failure to do so will render the product non exchangeable.

  • All shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, along with all original packaging, tags, accessories, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, and any other accompanying materials.

  • The Luxury One reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product shows signs of use, damage, tampering, alteration, or is not returned in its original condition. 

  • In the event that a product is received in a damaged or altered condition, The Luxury One may decline the exchange request. Should the customer wish to retain the product, the cost of re-shipping the item back to the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Products

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, special discounts, or any sale event.

  • Products purchased after an in-person viewing, inspection, or private appointment where the item has been examined and approved by the customer prior to purchase.

  • Products that do not include their original packaging, accessories, tags, or accompanying materials.

  • Requests raised beyond the specified timelines mentioned above.

Exchange & Exchange Charges

The following standard deductions shall apply to all approved returns and exchanges:

  • For prepaid orders, a deduction of ₹1000 will be applied.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD handling charge of ₹850 is non-refundable. Applicable deductions will be charged in addition to the COD fee.

Credit Note

As an alternative to exchange, eligible customers may choose to receive the approved exchange amount in the form of a Credit Note issued by The Luxury One.

  • Credit Notes can be redeemed against future purchases made through The Luxury One.

  • Credit Notes are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance.

  • Any unused balance remaining after the validity period has expired shall automatically lapse and will not be eligible for extension, renewal, refund, or cash redemption.

  • Credit Notes are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they have been issued.

  • The Luxury One reserves the right to refuse redemption of expired Credit Notes under any circumstances.
